Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days unless ordered items are out of stock or unavailable. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. Priority and Express shipping cut off time is 11 AM PST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Priority and Express orders placed after 11 AM PST. will be processed and shipped out the next business day.

* Due to the impact of COVID-19, some of our carrier partners are experiencing delays. It may take longer than usual for your order to arrive.
* Due to the high volume of orders during holiday seasons, you may experience extended processing time up to 5 business days.

We ship within 48 continental U.S. address, not in Alaska, Hawaii and all other U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses.

For any orders with a Signature Required package is returned to us, shipping charges will be charged to the customers and not refunded.

If we were unable to process your order due to inaccurate, invalid or incomplete information, your order processing will be delayed until its confirmed with you via call or email. Our customer service team will contact you via email or phone for updates on any delays.

You can purchase and pick up at our store by selecting a Pick Up option. If you've already paid for the shipping, we will refund you the shipping fee when you pick up the merchandise. You must prove with your order number and email confirmation to pick up your merchandise.
